One leadership trait you must have as a leader is bravery. Leaders are brave people.

Leadership isn’t an easy road to tow. You have to make tough choices and go into the unknown.

To be a leader, you must be brave.

What Does Being Brave Look Like?

Being brave is easy, yet hard at the same time. You have to push past your insecurities and do what needs to be done.

To be brave, you have to take action. Be brave by:

Standing up for what is right

Giving others credit

Doing what is right

Showing up

Taking risks

Speaking up

Following through

Giving up your perks

Looking fear in the face

Moving forward when you don’t see how

Being kind

Showing vulnerability

Having strength

Sharing your thoughts

Saying I don’t know

Slaying your dragons

Taking each day step by step

Reconciling with an enemy

Showing grace and love

Being brave is one of the best things you’ll do for yourself. Being brave will allow you to leave the past in the past, move forward, and live a life worth living.
