Delegate : to commit a task to someone. Did you ever stop to think about how much easier your work would be if you had more people around you to share tasks? More than likely, your job requires you do three VERY DISTINCT things throughout each day: Think Manage Do. At any one of those levels, you may need outside counsel or support, and it's not always easy to break away from what you ARE doing to go and get to what NEEDS to be done.

Just looked through this book at the Virgin Bookstore, in Boston Logan International Airport. As I read through to page 211, I had to pause at number 2: "Architects bring together a team of builders who have not only the right mix of skills but also a willingness to collaborate.". Now, THAT'S good stuff!
