Whoa… It’s hard to believe it but we’re on the verge of a brand new year. 2021 is just around the corner.
I, for one, am hoping 2021 is different from 2020. There were so many things that challenged us and stretched us, it wore many people out. Including me.

5 Leadership Books To Read In January 2021
1. The Unofficial Guide To Leadership According To Rambo by Joseph Lalonde:
One of the first books I’ve written using the Reel Leadership formula. This book examines the leadership lessons you can find in the Rambo movies.

I love what DePree has to say about leadership. He believes leading in the workplace is a lot like playing jazz music. It’s an art, not a science.
In Leadership Jazz, DePree shows us exactly why he thinks this way. From his time working at Herman Miller, he gives us examples of how he let his people flow and create exciting products. It wasn’t through rigid rules but through creativity and spontaneity.
4. Mentoring Warriors by David Riffel:
I had the honor of receiving an audiobook of Mentoring Warriors. In it, Riffel shares his thoughts and experiences on mentoring young men between the ages of 18-30.
His experiences help you to realize you can mentor someone. You should mentor someone.
Read or listen to Mentoring Warriors and you will feel the desire to get in the mentoring game.
5. Man Alive by Patrick Morley:
Do you struggle with the idea that God has given us a rich and fulfilling life? Do you feel that He hasn’t lived up to his end of the bargain?
Many men do. I have at times. I wonder where the adventure, the life is that he promised us. It feels like it isn’t there.
Still, it is. Morley, in Man Alive, helps readers to understand why they feel their life isn’t as full as it should be.
If you’re struggling to understand this, pick up Man Alive. It will help you become a better man and a better leader.
