Shimul Melwani is an associate professor of organizational behavior and the associate dean of the undergraduate business program at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her research lies at the intersection of emotions, relationships, and diversity.
Naomi B. Rothman is an associate professor of management in the College of Business at Lehigh University. She received her PhD in organizational behavior from New York University, Stern School of Business. Her research examines whether, when, and why the experience and expression of emotional ambivalence can improve decisions, relationships, leadership, and performance at work. Naomi was recognized in 2017 as a 40 Best Undergraduate Business School Professors Under 40, Poets&Quants and in 2022 her research on emotional ambivalence was featured on The Hidden Brain Podcast with Shankar Vedantam.
