The first intangible is wisdom. these conceptions of wisdom miss the mark. Perhaps I pursue knowledge too much and do not allow myself enough time to find wisdom.

    The First 30 Days as CEO
    It seems presumptuous for me to post "advice" but a friend is likely taking on a new CEO role and I have been thinking about the best 90 day plan.     I read a new book by Neal Asbury called Conscientious Equity - An American Entrepreneur's Solution to the World's Greatest Problems. 3 - Stringent environmental protections (my personal view is we need to bring current externalities into the economic system.)
