Hewlett-Packard, another technology company, named Meg Whitman as their CEO in September 2011. In the past, business was about cooperation, and we cooperated because we had to. Men are great at cooperating. For example, for the first time ever, IBM chose a woman CEO, Virginia “Ginni” Rometty.
