Others suggest that this form of ranking can hurt morale and inhibit cooperation among competing team members that ultimately puts individual interest ahead of what is best for the company. In many cases, both sides have valid arguments. To keep up with it all we often attempt to take on several tasks at the same time.

Cooperation – willingness to collaborate. Poor organizational trust is also an indicator of lower cooperation, productivity, and sales (Davis, Mayer, & Schoorman, 1995; Davis et al., Additionally, sharing big plans prematurely is not transparency and is potentially counter-productive.
