A dysfunctional team in simple terms is one that cannot operate at peak efficiency and performance because of a combination of negative characteristics. When there aren’t words to say…

This week I’m doing the funeral for an 18 year old young man. I went to school with his mother and his father is a dear, personal friend. He was supposed to start college on Monday, but tragically died in a car accident Sunday night. He was a well-loved, funny, popular boy and the funeral home is packed with people paying their respects. There are hundreds of students wrestling to understand why this has happened to their friend.
