Twice as Many Women Leaders at Google than Facebook [Infographic]

Sometimes you have to see things visually to really understand them and the gender gap in leadership at Google and Facebook is one of them. Hierarchy Structure researched the leadership teams of both companies to create the infographic shown below. In the Hierarchy of Facebook vs. Google infographic, you can see that Google has about twice as many women in top-level leadership positions than Facebook.
