For years I’ve been asked for book recommendations. When I joined the workforce, I quickly started noticing positive and negative organizational dynamics I had “seen” before in the books – and I knew what needed to change. And the right book at the right time can make an incredible difference.

And of course in the classic book, Good to Great , author Jim Collins’ discovered that those organizations who moved from average to superior performance shared a common factor of being led by Level 5 leaders, people who possessed a powerful mixture of humility and indomitable will. Humble leaders do the same for others.
