Perhaps that is why my Time Management book is only 77 pages (or perhaps it is because it is more efficient to only write 77 pages).

Early in the book she talks about self awareness and how that is a critical factor to CEO success. if they are well into the future.

The final section of Grossman’s book is to me, the most insightful. It is billed as a musical comedy and it was hilarious. Highly recommended. As a leader in the corporate world, creating that environment of unity is essential and clearly, I could not agree more.

It is an embarrassment to the tech community when it is poorly applied. ++ I really enjoyed Steve Job's autobiography. I suggest it should be required reading for anyone in business, technology, or just anybody.

Each chapter ended with summary points (another thing I like in good books) I dislike the pushy sales type and the book aligned with my values.

It is a classic "Sales" book and at the same time it is not. Throughout the book were amusing stories of sales disasters. Great book. It must be good - we are going to use it for one of our books in our Sales Book Club.' Be kind to someone. 2 - Negotiate as if you do not need the Deal. Highly recommended.

I read a gripping book about the BP oil spill in the gulf called Drowning in Oil - BP and the Reckless Pursuit of Profit by Loren Steffy. The book talks about the previous BP accident at Prudhoe Bay that cut off so much oil supply that the price of oil surged by over $2 per gallon. The book talks about "superficial" safety.

I read a great book The Elements of Power - Lessons on Leadership and Influence by Terry Bacon. Hence the importance of a book on power. As I read the book, I realized I actually intuitively cultivated many power sources. I loved the book. We got a light dusting of snow (over a foot) so I am now snowed in for a while.

" The book is much easier to read than the title. I have read a lot of books on time management.

The book is filled with interesting stories that make it easy to read and really drives points home. Writing a book like this is a natural extension of that marketing. Business soared.

I have not done much programming for a long time but most of the same principles apply today as applied when Dijkstra wrote his book. Into the Storm is a book by Dennis Perkins and Jillian Murphy (authors of Leading at the Edge ). This book is one that you cannot put down. Although it is a business book (Part 2 is anyways), it is the captivating story of of a sailing regatta - Sydney to Hobart Ocean Race in 1998. I am not a sailor but still loved the book.

Recently I attended an event where the book was discussed. I ascribe to Stephen Covey's 7th law - Sharpening the Saw - take the breaks needed to rebuild. For me, attending seminars does that.

A Book Review of The Pin Drop Principle by David Lewis and G. This book is not your typical self-help book. The book also has a myriad of exercises that reinforce the tips that it teaches. I think that the one fault among many strengths in this book is that there are too many examples.
