However, after reading I nsideOut Enneagram by Wendy Appel I was delighted to find a book on the Enneagram I would recommend to leaders. Well-researched and well-grounded in the theory, her book is easy to understand and use. Appel covers a lot of territory in her book. As a bonus, it is beautifully written and inspiring.
