Given the book’s title I wasn’t sure what to expect (‘sticking point’ and ‘stagnation’ are not words I use very often). However, it didn’t take me long to realize this book has great content for taking yourself and your company to new levels of leadership.

Clifton describes how the United States is losing its position, as the world’s economic leader, to China and other countries like Brazil and India. Other cities are showing positive signs of growth. Silicon Valley is a great example of this phenomenon.
