The bottom layer is one of economic survival, as the organization has to be in good financial health in order to do good for society.

Other ‘strategies’ that were once cosmetic, including diversity and inclusion, have been revealed to be both good for the bottom line and for human betterment. Or, we can move towards a new horizon. In the end, cooperation with a leader is contributed. Although I might trust my wife to want me to be well, I don’t always take her medical advice and I would never let her operate on me. We will withdraw our cooperation if the leader’s objectives and ours begin to separate. Time to wake up. Competence. It is time.
