If your team members are new or newer to managing, our program Learning to Manage—The Manager Development Program blends live-online training, interactive group work, and one-on-one coaching to create a powerful learning and growth experience.
This is the most comprehensive new manager training available and the only one you will find that incorporates coaching—$ 497. Cohort #1 runs 7/20, 27, and 8/3 from 10 to 2 Central. Cohort #2 runs 9/8, 15, and 22 from 10 to 2 Central.
3. Last Call for the July 13 Feedback Boot Camp
I run this session to a sold-out group several times per year. Our last scheduled Feedback Skills Boot Camp is July 13 from 10 to 2 Central.
In four hours, I help individuals move beyond the discomfort of delivering feedback and help them learn to design and provide quality feedback for even the most difficult of these challenging conversations. $97. Includes an evergreen resource portal with all program materials, forms, and practice activities.

How to Grow Your Impact at Work! (live-online plus one-on-one coaching.) Regardless of your role, if you want to contribute at a higher level, move initiatives forward, and gain support for programs, projects, or strategies, you need a personal strategy to grow your impact.
This program includes a focused one-on-one coaching session with the program creators to fine-tune your impact strategy. 9/8, 15, 22 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM Central. $397.
