Online Ethical Decision Making Class

A few things I've noticed while teaching ethical decision making over the years.
  1. People hunger to talk about ethics. Many of them have had minimal guidance on how to make ethical decisions.
  2. Due to a heavy emphasis on achieving goals and results, employees often feel as if they need permission to be ethical.
  3. The various guidelines that are commonly used can quickly encounter complications.
  4. An especially challenging situation is when Right collides with Right.
All of this is a round-about way of getting to an announcement:

My online class on ethical decision-making - Practical Ethics for Honest People - is finally up and can be found here,

Check it out. I think you'll like it.
