From a Harper Collins review: Truly successful people don’t merely tolerate discomfort—they embrace it and seek it out again and again. I enjoyed that section because it rightly pointed out the success Linda has had despite being a woman and the daughter of the founder. I know Frank (the father) well and am also friends with Linda.

She expands on the Jim Collin's level 5 leaders. I think that Cheryl is a good person just from reading the book. I have never met her. She just seems like a great person. Cheryl talks about the power of leading through serving. They look out first for the good of the company. Much of good leadership has to do with ego and humility.
