Simon Sinek has stated that we can only inspire or manipulate. In the end, cooperation with a leader is contributed. Although I might trust my wife to want me to be well, I don’t always take her medical advice and I would never let her operate on me. It is the ability to get someone else to want to do what you want them to do.
