My thoughts:
I’ve known leaders who felt they could both do it all and do it better than everyone around them. This worked for awhile but with time the organization collapsed under the inefficiency and ineffectiveness of these leaders who felt they could do it all. These leaders learned the painful truth that they could not do it all.
The truth is that we all have limitations. We’re human beings with imperfections.
- Do you know your limitations?
- Are you surrounding yourself with talent who can help you with your limitations?
- Are you listening to your talent who can help you with your limitations?
