It became easy to work our systems and programs, and even if growth had plateaued, budgets were being met and people were satisfied. Diverse reactions to decisions made. In fact, leadership by definition is leading into uncertain futures. Necessity of risk. But status quo will never realize new growth. New opportunities for growth.
