Unless I eliminated some of the busywork (that was profitable), I would never create something new for myself and I would “sacrifice the future on the altar of today,” as Peter Drucker had so eloquently put it.

It wasn’t until I met some of my other heroes, Frances Hesselbein, Richard Beckhardt, Peter Drucker, that I began to change. They always keep trying to be better. I have a tendency to want to coast.
