T HE 10th annual Global Peter Drucker Forum was held in November 2018 in Drucker's home town of Vienna, Austria. Leadership should shift from hierarchy to hustle. The CEO needs to take up the leadership challenge to help others respond to that. Leadership is a distributed capability throughout the organization.

Drucker’s Contributions You can’t talk about Drucker’s spectacular success as a management guru and fortune teller without noting that his first big public prediction was a bust.
