Ranked: The 15 Cities With The Most Billionaire, 2019: New York And Hong Kong Tops

When it comes to the three comma club, fifteen cities in the world are home to almost 30 percent of the global billionaire population as of 2018. Unsurprisingly, New York tops the list with 105 billionaires, 18 more billionaires than the second-ranked city, Hong Kong, according to Wealth-X’s 2019 Billionaire Census report.

San Francisco ranked as the third city in the world with the most billionaires, with 75 living in the hilly city in Northern California, followed by the Russian capital Moscow (70 billionaires) and the U.K. capital city London (65 billionaires). San Francisco also has the highest density of billionaires in the world — with one billionaire for approximately every 11,600 residents.

The report further stated that the top 15 cities accounted for 20% of the global billionaire population. Collectively, 773 billionaires are living in the top 15 cities. So, which cities topped the three comma club in the world this year?
