Tip Clip #2 - "Defeating Procrastination"

Millions of people are plagued by procrastination. It's a behavior pattern than can have horrible consequences in one's life.

We know what the problem is. When you need to be working on something really important in your life - usually something challenging - a whole bunch of other things lure you away. You end up doing something else.

The consequence: no progress on the thing that matters most. Another consequence: the loss of a measure of self-esteem.

The answer is well-known. Just say no to these other things. Just resume the work, no matter what excuses come to mind.

That IS the answer, but somehow knowing this isn't enough. We need help. We need a "Procrastination Coach."

Well, I found this procrastination coach, and I tell you about it in this Tip Clip...

Whenever I feel "Resistance" pulling me away from work, I read a few pages in this book. Thank you, Steven!

You really have a winner here with these "Tip Clips." Thanks again, Denny, for introducing me to "The War of Art." It helped me a great deal to get serious about writing.
