Goal Failure: Mission (Almost) Accomplished

What happens when you set a goal and fail to achieve it? In January of this year I set a personal goal. Does goal failure make me a failure? The goal was to complete the Mile Run Trail Challenge Half Marathon on April 1 st in under two and a half hours. Set weekly and daily sub-goals. I missed the goal.
