In The Zone

Up late last night, reading material by Glenn Loury, Michael Barone, and William Frey. Scrawling notes on index cards and outlining an online class. The workshop will blend population projections, diversity management, and EEO issues in a highly eclectic manner - part of last night was spent thinking about leadership issues during the Korean War - and I've been reviewing materials at hand and noting those which must be obtained.

My wife was in bed. The dog came in to tell me that I should be in bed too. I finally obeyed but only slept for an hour before making more notes. Finally took a shot of ZQuil and that did the trick. Reviewed more stuff this morning after breakfast. It's very interesting and dots are connecting.

Switching later to the supervision and ethics classes.

I'm in the zone but more coffee is needed.
