Adults can learn from this example too. Your example continues to inspire me. What’s my own personal goal for everyday leadership? It may be a stretch to call this leadership, but it is my goal for every person I encounter, to make their day better because they ran into me. Examples for me are people who provide services.

Is it Bad to have a Personal Agenda at Work?

Those are just a few examples we came up with in thinking about how we disdain a personal agenda. When someone goes after their goals and it doesn’t look like what we would do, we can be skeptical and judgmental. Your agenda can coincide with organization goals. Claims credit for a team accomplishment when others did the work.
