I wish I could spend a few hours a week filming training videos for our volunteer teams, but I just don’t have that capacity. I’ve actually filmed a few videos for them as well. Ministry Grid has recently been rebuilt with a mobile-friendly design to train your people on-the-go.

One of our local, historic theaters, shared the film for Christmas. It may be considered my “favorite”…if I ever had to declare one. This time we got to see it on the big screen. There was something even more wonderful about “It’s a Wonderful Life” in that setting. I took time to reflect on the moment.

These were filmed over 3 years ago and I posted them earlier, but decided to bring them forward. At the time of this filming, he was about to turn 93 — (now 96) years old and had just taken the interim job of my home church, First Baptist Clarksville. This is the introduction video to my interview with Dr. John David Laida.

At the time of this filming he was about to turn 93 years old and had just taken the interim job of my home church, First Baptist Clarksville. After retirement, Bro. Laida has remained active. He has preached almost every week since and has helped dozens of churches in transition as an interim pastor.
