By setting an "alert" 10 or 15 minutes early, you can stop and look over your "checklist" before leaving your desk to attend that team meeting. Send that to the meeting leader (or, if you're the leader, send it out to your team). It helps if you make this a handwritten list and look at it before you head out to your next 5 meetings.
