According to Pink "We all have an intuitive sense of what motivates people. According to Pink, you need to pay enough but that alone does not provide motivation. The big 3 motivators - Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose. This is what is needed for enduring motivation. I love Daniel Pink 's views.

I spend a lot of time on goal setting and goals only work with good motivation. Part of doing well on goals is finding and strengthening the link to motivation. Again, this one is obvious to me.

I know one mistake novice leader make is to think everyone shares their motivation. I know I believe anyone can be a leader and there are not born leaders. This is simply not true.
