The Process

Colorful spools of thread in a wooden organizer
They described the process to me and the more they spoke the more it was clear to all of us that no one really knew what the process was because it resembled a raggedy quilt made by a mad and drunken weaver. But it was the only process they had and so it was given some respect until someone needed to work around it or more likely through its gaps and when that happened no one said boo because they knew they might be doing the same in a week or two.

So take this process, they said, and fix it.

It's on my desk.
