I spent my time restructuring the organization and the team; hopefully positioning it for the future. Although my tenure is much shorter than I had anticipated when I arrived almost 18 months ago, I feel it has been a productive time for me and the organization. At times it felt as though I was back in church revitalization.

The team restructures when needed to meet the current competition. There is ample team spirit is prevalent. Everyone participates in building momentum.
