I Make My Own Stress

I find myself stressed. As I look at it though, I figure out that all of it is stress I am causing myself. I have blogged quite a bit over time on how to deal with stress. In my opinion this stress occurs when the reward to too disconnected from the activity. The same needs to be true of these internal stresses.

3 - Something in me causes stress when my in box is not at zero by the end of the day. But I know that is "self stress" - stress that I cause myself. Scan for things that need dealing with and leave other things. I am wondering if leaving those other things for a few days might make them go away. Should I meditate or do email?

I have seen few articles on that but lots on the benefits of gardening. ++ I find myself stressed. As I look at it though, I figure out that all of it is stress I am causing myself. In my opinion this stress occurs when the reward to too disconnected from the activity. The same needs to be true of these internal stresses.

The Goal - Reducing Stuff Quotient

Stuff has a great cost - the worst of which is stress - usually caused by time. Stuff can be security but it can also be stress. And to add to it, I would like to get rid of one more thing per day - this will add up to 1000 less things in 3 years which might put the house into an equilibrium. Stuff takes time. Storage costs.

Back from Morocco

So I use an email management technique to ease my email stress. This reduces stress because I know nothing is burning. But then did no workouts. So I feel bloated (there was lots of food of course). But as with all travel, I always feel behind when I return. If I can complete it in less than 2 minutes, I deal with it completely.
