Many people spend thousands of dollars storing hundreds of dollars of stuff. Stuff has no value if it cannot be found easily. And storing it a retrieving it takes time.

As the title suggests, he advocates simply answering the questions people ask. And spending the time to answer them well. So when a customer calls and asks "how long is the power cord?" My new See Do Time Management System where I just do something when I see it works well on tidying and cleaning but is actually less efficient in many cases. The See Do system is sort of like the time management trick "always leave a room just a bit neater/cleaner than when you arrived". Often I find my mind racing.

Where I diverge is there was a lot of reference to A players - as if they just are A players. If I have C players it is my fault for not making them better.
