Here’s the March, 2013 New York Times Hardcover Business Books Best Sellers List

Here’s the March, 2013 New York Times Hardcover Business Books Best Sellers list.  Somehow, this slipped past me, so I am late in posting it.  Sorry about that.

A couple of observations.  The Tim Ferris book, The 4-Hour Workweek, is back on.  This book came out in December, 2009, so it has “endured.”  In addition, Steve Jobs and The Power of Habit and Strengths-Based Leadership and…  some books seem to sell month after month, even year-after-year.

And, there are a couple of “different kinds” of business books on this month’s list.  I have come “checking out” to do…

At our monthly event in Dallas, the First Friday Book Synopsis, we present two synopses every month.  I present a synopsis of one book, and my colleague Karl Krayer presents the other.  From this list, we have presented #s 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, & 15.  And, Karl will present #6, Rebooting Work, at the May First Friday Book Synopsis.  I will present Decisive by Chip and Dan Heath, which I suspect will make the next New York Times list.  And, I presented Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg at the April event — it came out too late to make it on this March list.

Most of these synopses, with our comprehensive handouts plus the audio of our presentations, are available for purchase at our companion site, 15minutebusienssbooks.com.  Check it out.
