A lot to say in such a short post. I think the idea of becoming indispensable has become synonymous with job security when in actuality the value in you IS you. Each individual brings a lot to a table but if they are only focusing on what they don't want others to know, in order to remain the one who knows, they are greatly hindering the synergy of their teams and keeping the value that there a secret.
