Little things matter, you can be Really Good

What do you do that others don’t?  Do you go the extra mile for a customer or coworker?  Do you treat people better than the competition?  Are you willing to get up in the middle of the night to answer a question for a customer who might be on the other side of the planet?

These people love you

Those seemingly little choices are what makes the difference between pretty good and really good.  Your customers will always remember, Really Good.  People love to have a really good product or receive a Really Good service.  They will appreciate it so much that they will tell others about you and your Really Good service.  Those referrals are priceless.  No, not the dollar amount attached to product or service but the word of mouth referral is solid gold.  All it cost you was your time to transfer your positive emotions about your product to your customer.

Those human interactions are so important.  Don’t waste your chance to connect.  Do it better than everyone else and you will be rewarded in spades.
