To help with gaining stakeholder buy-in, complete a RASCI by following these directions: Write stakeholders names across the top of the matrix. Here are a few more tips: Present information in small chunks, and check in with the audience. Look for visual cues from the audience: non-verbal signals of approval or disapproval? Pause to help gather thoughts, while enabling the audience to absorb the presentation.
