The Center for Leadership Studies Announces Five New Translations Across Four Modalities for Situational Leadership® Essentials

Cary, NC – October 18, 2023 – The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS), the global home of the Situational Leadership® Model, announces the release of five new translations across four modalities for their best-in-class Situational Leadership® Essentials program. Situational Leadership® Essentials maintains consistent learning objectives and outcomes across all modalities—and now in multiple languages: English (United States), Chinese (Simplified), French (European), French (Canadian), German (European) and Spanish (Latin America).

All translations meet the same premium criteria as the English course and are available across the four modalities: in-person instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, digital blended and self-paced. Translated materials include participant materials, assessments and sustainment resources as well as the course presentation and videos with translated on-screen visuals and captions. Due to The Center for Leadership Studies’ commitment to inclusivity, Situational Leadership® Essentials is WCAG 2.0 A compliant across all translations. No matter where your company is based, The Center for Leadership Studies can support your global training needs.

“Leadership is a universal language. This first wave of Situational Leadership® Essentials translations demonstrates our commitment to inclusion and accessibility for the global workforce,” said Maureen Shriver, CEO at The Center for Leadership Studies.

According to a Gallup study, only a quarter of managers collaborate with their direct reports when setting goals, leaving roughly 75% of the workforce out of their own performance management/development, resulting in disengagement. Situational Leadership® Essentials helps organizations establish a performance culture that boosts engagement, increases retention and improves performance. The Center for Leadership Studies is committed to providing the global workforce with high-quality leadership content through this wave of translations and the next.

“Leadership development can be complex, so we are proud of not only translating our first-in-class program Situational Leadership® Essentials but also for capturing the cultural nuances that will enhance learning for our clients,” said Chris Shriver, Vice President of Sales at The Center for Leadership Studies.
