I’ve got a bit of a soft spot for Apple’s Chief Technology Officer, Kevin Lynch. It took Lynch twenty-four years to reach the position of CTO for the world’s largest company. That’s a colossal amount of time, but what impresses me the most is the way in which he appears to have developed strong leadership skills from virtually nothing.
