A personal note: This post is a tribute to Kent Taylor, founder and CEO of Texas Roadhouse who tragically passed in March 2021. Kent was one of the most intentional leaders I’ve ever met, and I am grateful I had a chance to make his acquaintance, and more importantly, learn from his example.
