A Sunday Afternoon Thank You Note
Thank you.
Thank you for reading Leadership Freak. Last week’s views set another record. You humble me.
Thank you for sharing your comments. One reader told me the brevity of Leadership Freak gives them time to read the comments. You teach me.
Thank you for sharing Leadership Freak with your colleagues and friends. You encourage me.
I’m in New York City this Monday and Tuesday at HSM’s Elite Leadership Program. Jim Collins, Jack Welch, A.G. Lafley, and Calvin Klein are speaking. I’m thankful to George Levy of HSM for inviting me. Like me, he wants to enrich the leadership community with the best leadership insights available. Most likely, I’ll post twice on Monday and Tuesday.
Keep your eye on twitter, too. You can follow my Elite Leadership Program tweets by following or searching the hashtag #hsmelp = (HSM Elite Leadership Program).
Leadership Thought: Looking forward creates your future, not looking back.
Best,
Dan
Your invitation to the Elite Leadership Program is well-deserved! A lot of people start out with a bang in blogging and peter out when the demands of dreaming up concepts and content become too much, not to mention the challenge of interacting with commenters in a way that is constructive even in the face of disagreement.. Thank you for your diligence in being consistent, productive, and thought-provoking. It is appreciated!
Thank you Dan. Humility is a leadership quality that is rare today, and you make up for the gap in many ways. Enjoy your week ahead!
Just found your site..now i can’t get through the day without it!
Thank you for keeping it 400 words or less.
You are my leadership vitamin, Dan. One a day!
Agreed! Vital to developmental health.
Your crystallized thoughts on leadership are always a joy to reflect upon, Dan. Enjoy the experiences and lessons that this week will bring.
YOU ROCK DAN!
Dan,
I admire your style and get so much out of your blog. Getting to the point quickly and having such valuable content is the key to your success It always a pleasure to read
Thank you Dan, you rock indeed. Keep it coming 🙂
Thank you Dan. You teach us all.
Go, Dan, Go! What a blessing for those of us who love and value leadership to see you get to present at the ELP. I looked at the names of the other folks you mentioned and thought, “Gosh, I hope they all learn a lot FROM DAN!”
Have a great time and do us proud.
I really enjoy reading it .
Thank you
Thank YOU, Dan, for sharing your insights and knowledge with us. I read your column daily and appreciate the comments, too!
While I don’t comment much, I sure appreciate what you do. I’m a budding leader and this blog is absolutely perfect. Short and to the point. Thank you so much for giving to me!
Good morning Dan. Ditto to all the comments made. What does one say when a person lifts you up with encouragement, motivation, and spirit. In my house we say Dan Rockwell. Thank you for urging us to search all those areas ensconced, hidden and nestled within our inner beings releasing thoughts, wishes, and dreams that would otherwise never surface. If there is someone who everyday helps undress the human spirit provoking freedom to think, to speak, and to share our pain, our sorrows and our joys look no further than the leadershipfreak community and its creator. Have a great day y’all. 🙂
Well deserved! 🙂
Usually I don’t know what kind of comment I should write, but I always know that I want to thank you for your inspiring writing. Even I can learn from many great leaders or managers through this blog. Thank you, you teach me, Sir. 🙂
