Suppose you were alive in 1884 and were approached by an aspiring entrepreneur who had developed the most efficient and durable horse carriage ever created. entrepreneurs. While inventors are more idea-oriented and entrepreneurs are more action-oriented, they both share an approach to problem solving that is non-linear. And just as nature derives most of its change from evolution, most entrepreneurs focus on incremental gains.
