I was exposed to military discipline, traditions and core values as a teenager and along with solid family values shaped my servant leadership style. James Hotaling : Call it maturity, but I would be lying if I said I haven’t learned from my mistakes and frustrations. His emotional caring showed me what it was to be a servant leader.
