Creative Confidence by the Kelley Brothers & Self-Help Messiah (Dale Carnegie) by Steven Watts – for the February 7 First Friday Book Synopsis

We had a terrific first session of the year on Friday at the January First Friday Book Synopsis.  I presented my synopsis of Focus:  The Hidden Driver of Excellence by Daniel Goleman, and my colleague Karl Krayer presented his synopsis of Remote:  Office Not Required by the 37Signals guys, Fried and Hansson.

(I will post some lessons and my takeaways from Focus soon on this blog).

For our February First Friday Book Synopsis on February 7, here are our two selections:

Karl Krayer will present his synopsis of:
Self-help messiah:  Dale Carnegie and success in modern America by Steven Watts.

I will present my synopsis of the new Kelley brothers (IDEO) book:
Creative Confidence: Unleashing the Creative Potential Within Us All by David Kelley and Tom Kelley.

If you are in the DFW area, mark your calendar, and come join us at the Park City Club on February 7.

Here’s the flier with the details.
