Cary, NC – September 6, 2019 – The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS), the global home of Situational Leadership®, has released their flagship program in a virtual modality, exponentially expanding access for those wishing to become Situational Leaders. Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders is now available via their recently debuted learning platform, MyCLS, mitigating geographical barriers to training.
In addition to deploying the virtual leadership training program, CLS has included many new features and sustainment activities to further enhance the program and add value for learners. Continuing the focus on the transfer of training, Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Virtual now includes new components, including: microlearning, gamification, a library of topical and relevant resources, digital participant tools for on-the-job application and The Four Moments of Truth™ Next-Level Manager and Trainee supporting materials.
