I googled “change management models” and came up with other frameworks. First I found Kurt Lewin’s Unfreeze – Change – Refreeze model. Enclaria’s Irresistible Change model combines parts of many of the other models and adds a focus on personal influence. James Lawther is a middle aged middle manager.
