Step 1: Educate and inform everyone in the organization about the vision, the goals, and Quality Leadership. If top managers within the organization are not authentically practicing Quality Leadership neither will anyone else. Make changes, if necessary, to make the organization more responsive to Quality Leadership. This step is an ongoing process—it is continuous improvement within the organization. What was learned? We learned improvement never stops.
