What is Ethical Leadership? Part 1

Which lenses must we look through to be ethical leaders? That is the important question I answered during a recent talk at the Ethics and Governance Forum at The Saint Anselm Center for Ethics in Society. Oversimplified thinking doesn’t prepare us for the complexities we face in our lives and our leadership. Looking through multiple lenses we get a broader view and a clearer picture of the ethical issues.
