We received a surprise in our inbox yesterday.  We made the “Top 30 Hidden Gems” list of leadership blogs from The Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness.  This international organization studied top leadership blogs (unbeknownst to us), and we landed the #4 slot on their “hidden gems” list.  They measured social media shares, from a specific week in December, to determine their ranking.
